Pay with cash with The General® Insurance app!
How It Works

When you login, navigate to the payments screen and select 'Pay Now'.

On the payments screen select 'Pay with'. You do not need to input an amount on this screen.

Select ‘Cash’ option and enable location if prompted.

Find and select an approved location near you using the in-app map.
PayNearMe is accepted at most 7-11, ACE Cash Express, Casey's General Store, CVS, and Family Dollar locations.

Drive to selected location, show the barcode (or unique code) from the app to the cashier, and tell them how much you wish to pay.
(PayNearMe charges a $2.99 transaction fee for all payments up to $1,000.)
